Employee Assistance Program
IEI employees can access counseling for any issue through the Employee Assistance Program (541-345-2800). The first four sessions are completely free. Remote options available!

Psychological 1st Aid: Supporting Yourself and Others during COVID-19
The American Red Cross is offering a free 1-hour online course through the month of May.
The uncertainty associated with a global health crisis like COVID-19 challenges everyone's ability to cope. This course will help you to build resilience and support yourself and others through this crisis by reviewing basic principles of providing psychological first aid, including how to recognize and manage stress in yourself and in others and how to lend support to family members, friends and coworkers during and following the COVID-19 outbreak.
Fitness at Home (This is mental health too)
Yoga with Adriene
Yoga is a great way to calm the nerves while building strength and flexibility. You can find both gentle and challenging classes on her channel, but Adriene always encourages you to find what feels good!
Team Body Project
Daniel and Alex make it easy to work up a sweat with low impact exercises and lots of encouragement. No equipment required! Check out their video with seated options!
Food Insecurity
Mobile food pantries are available at the Campbell Center in Eugene and at the Willamalane Bob Keefer Center in Springfield.
Food For Lane County highlights SNAP benefit increases you may qualify to receive and provides a Directory of Pantry Locations.

Food & Supply Pantry
All IEI staff experiencing financial hardship have free access to the food and supply pantry operating out of IEI’s Martingale House, no questions asked. Reach out to Martingale staff directly (Site Contact List) to arrange delivery or pickup, or ask a trusted co-staff or leader to connect you.

Some essential household products have been hard to get lately. Because we give direct care to people at risk of COVID-19, the stores below have shared their delivery schedules and/or welcome our staff to shop during restricted hours. Use this information to find critical items in high demand.
